Who is responsible for your information
Adbro Controls Ltd is the controller for personal information collected through this website. Our address is Unit 6, Red Shute Hill Industrial Estate, Hermitage, Berkshire, RG18 9QL. Contact us at enquiries@adbro.co.uk or +44 (0)1635 868335.
Information we collect
When you send a project enquiry we collect your name, work email address, any telephone number and company you provide, the project category and the details in your message. Our systems also process limited technical information needed to secure the form, including IP address, request time and Turnstile verification results.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, understand the engineering requirement, prepare a proposal, take steps towards a contract and manage the resulting business relationship. These activities rely on our legitimate interests in operating the business and, where relevant, steps requested before entering a contract. Security information is used to prevent abuse and protect the website. Optional analytics is used only with consent.
Service providers and transfers
Enquiries are delivered through Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Graph. Cloudflare provides security and Turnstile, and Google provides analytics only after consent. These providers may process information outside the UK under applicable contractual and legal transfer safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Website enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship. If an enquiry becomes a project or forms part of business, contractual or legal records, relevant correspondence may be retained for up to seven years. Security logs are retained for a shorter operational period unless an incident requires investigation.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where those rights apply, and you may withdraw analytics consent at any time. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page when our website, service providers or processing changes materially.
