End-to-end project delivery

One accountable team—from concept to handover.

We coordinate mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, controls and automation as one combined engineering programme, giving you a clear route from an operational challenge to a commissioned solution.

What we deliver

One coordinated route from requirement to production.

We define the need, develop every discipline together, integrate and test the solution, then install, prove and support it in production.

01

Discovery & URS

Site surveys, process reviews and a practical user requirements specification (URS) that aligns the project team.

02

Multidisciplinary design

Mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and controls design developed together rather than in isolation.

03

Build & integration

Control panels, machinery, software and third-party equipment brought together and tested as one system.

04

Installation & commissioning

Planned installation, verification, operator training and a controlled route into production.

05

Lifecycle support

Clear documentation, secure backups and an engineering team that can support future improvements.

Engineering basis

Defined around interfaces, constraints and acceptance criteria.

The technical route is agreed early, so design decisions can be reviewed, tested and handed over without losing the operational context behind them.

01

Requirements & boundaries

We turn the operational need into a usable URS, define battery limits, utilities, interfaces and acceptance criteria, and identify what must remain live during the work.

02

Integrated system architecture

Mechanical equipment, electrical distribution, instrumentation, control, safety and plant-network interfaces are developed as one architecture with named responsibilities.

03

Test and commissioning strategy

Design reviews, software simulation, factory acceptance testing, site acceptance testing and production proving are planned against the agreed requirement.

04

Controlled handover

The finished system is supported by drawings, software backups, settings, manuals, training records, spares information and a clear route for closing residual actions.

Where it fits

Built around the application—not a fixed package.

We choose the right level of engineering for the process, operating environment, existing equipment and long-term support model.

  • New automated production cells
  • Plant and pilot-line relocation
  • Multidisciplinary process upgrades
  • Control and machinery replacement
  • Turnkey inspection systems
