One-off, repeat & design-and-build control panels

Control panels built to your design—or engineered from the ground up.

Bring us approved drawings and a bill of materials, an existing panel that needs repeat builds, or a functional requirement that still needs designing. We provide disciplined manufacture, wiring, testing and documented handover around the level of engineering you need.

What we deliver

A practical build route, whatever stage your design has reached.

We can manufacture to a customer-controlled design, establish a repeatable build baseline from an existing panel, or take responsibility for the complete electrical design and build.

01

Build to customer drawings

Manufacture and wire from an approved drawing pack, BOM and test requirements while preserving the customer’s design ownership and revision.

02

Repeat builds from an existing panel

Survey the agreed reference panel, capture its components, wiring and interfaces, then establish a controlled baseline for repeat manufacture.

03

Complete design and build

Develop the electrical design, component specification, enclosure layout and documentation from the functional and site requirements.

04

Component sourcing and assembly

Procure agreed components, manage availability issues and assemble with disciplined layout, identification and cable routing.

05

PLC, drive and safety integration

Install and wire controllers, distributed I/O, drives, network equipment and safety hardware defined by the project design.

06

Inspection and functional testing

Complete build inspections, wiring checks, controlled power-up and the agreed functional or factory-acceptance tests before release.

Engineering basis

Repeatable builds depend on controlled designs, components and test evidence.

The project record makes clear who owns the design, which revision is being built, how substitutions are approved and what must be demonstrated before the panel is released.

01

Design responsibility and release

Agree whether Adbro is manufacturing to a customer design or owns the electrical design, with an approved release before manufacture begins.

02

Revision and configuration control

Tie each build to the correct drawings, BOM, software and test requirements so repeat panels remain consistent and traceable.

03

Availability and approved substitutions

Identify obsolete or unavailable parts early; proposed alternatives require approval before they alter a customer-controlled design.

04

Layout and maintainability

Consider segregation, access, identification, thermal management, spare capacity and replacement access within the agreed enclosure.

05

Verification and handover

Record inspections, deviations and test results, then provide the documentation appropriate to build-to-print or full design-and-build responsibility.
