Adbro introduced controlled image capture and automated rejection to inspect product continuously without disrupting the existing production flow.

Product quality is checked consistently before packaging, reducing stoppages caused by unsuitable biscuits entering the machinery.
Technical delivery

System scope
Six individual camera views are corrected for perspective and stitched into one conveyor image, giving the inspection software a consistent coordinate system across the full belt width.
An encoder provides the trigger reference so image capture follows belt movement. This maintains continuous coverage when conveyor speed changes and keeps product position available for downstream tracking.
Each product is assessed for length, width, area, angle and deviation from the required shape. Operators can manage product-specific pass limits through controlled recipes.
Failed products are tracked to a retracting pull-nose conveyor, which removes them without stopping good production. Inspection results are stored for line-performance and quality reporting.
Verification & handover
The completed system was proven across the customer’s three product types, with checks covering continuous belt coverage, measurement repeatability, product tracking, timed rejection, recipe changeover and production-data capture.
